Struggle to put the hat on the head, and see it fly away when you finally succeed - hilarious! allegedly
Hold the hat by the sides with a palm-down fork grip. Pull the hat down towards the head, pretending to struggle. As it reaches the head flick the hat up with the middle fingers.
